Rated best luxury hotel bed in Market Metrix survey. Made by Simmons; supposedly more durable due to hotel reqs.; pillowtop supposedly same as Nordstrom's Westin Heavenly Bed. Downside: no returns. Good news: our king-size pillowtop mattress arrived in excellent condition, and we just had a great night's sleep! The Mattress World (Portland, OR) delivery folks get a score of 10/10 -- courteous, professional, on time, terrific communication.

Sure! I just got a call to schedule delivery. So far, much easier than negotiating with mattress salespeople!
