Size of square indicates strength, color indicates how long ago it occurred. Try saving a slew of them and runnig them as a high speed slide show. A new way to appreciate the localization and frequency of temblors in CA and NV. Similar sites exist for other areas. More...

  1. Great, it shows that something registered close to our house...but that it was probably just a quarry explosion! Uh, was this an earthquake map or mining website you're sending us to?! :)
