1. The sales associate at MouraStarr was very kind. She helped me design my living and dining rooms. I was very impressed with how personable everyone in the showroom was. I will definitely be going back and recommend them to all my friends.

2. I was very pleased in my dealings with MouraStarr. They were very attentive and kept me up to date on all happenings of my order. I furnished my dining room with the Tao Dining Table and the Quadrata Dining Chairs and they look great in my dining room. I would recommend MouraStarr to everyone! I look forward to dealing with them again in the future!!

3. I just finished a design project with the LA showroom...they were fabulous! The pieces are beautiful, and I paid with my AMEX...so that was clearly a lie. Their furniture is gorgeous, I would recommend them to anyone!

8. Having been the said salesperson who was "persuasive" I believe the story went more like " I love the coffee table I have to have a Mourastarr piece in my home!" and then making a purchase with options.Very accomodating.Is this persuasion?

9. Awful experience with Moura Starr. I paid them a $1000 design fee. I then was persuaded by a salesperson to purchase a coffee table which she then decided it was too big for my apartment. They have never delivered the furniture to me. And now they will only refund me after a 20% re-stocking fee.

It probally seems over the top to give an excellente review, but I have nothing but the best of experiences with Moura Starr starting from the day I decided to purchase a bed to the day it was delivered. The bed is everything I expected. I will recommend this company to everyone, and I plan to check out their other products in the future.

12. I disagree with the AMEX comment. I just did a large project with MouraStarr in LA, used my AMEX card and am very satisfied. Their employees were very helpful and the furniture looks amazing in my home!

13. I learned that AMEX banned this company in California to do transactions with them for bad business practices. Very tricky people.

14. I wouldn't recomend this company at all. The furniture is amazing, but at the end of the day the Retail/Showroom purchase the items from M Brazil. If the Maura Starr is flush, you'll get the order within quoted lead time. If they're in the red, you'll wait forever. Basically, they'll use your deposit the way they see fit. You'll get a BS story. Also, design services- pics are not their own work.

16. That's pretty cool. I think I like this line even better including the bench: http://www.mourastarr.com/products_index.php?idProducts=37&idProductsCategory=9&viewMode=2. Although the sizes in millimeters don't make any sense to me (since I'm so used to feet and inches) so it is hard to tell the scale i.e. until I convert the dimensions to inches! :)
